Community Health Network Foundation’s annual Employee Giving Campaign continues throughout 2013, and you are invited to make a donation to support Community’s patients, our employees and the Central Indiana communities we proudly serve.
Community employees, we need your help in raising dollars to fulfill our greatest patient, employee and local community needs. Your gift will support the people we are deeply committed to helping. Here’s how:

Patients: your donation will help us support programs and services to save more lives, treat the sick, celebrate moments of wellness, and to never stop caring, even when a life’s journey comes to an end. |
Employees: you can help fund scholarships for healthcare students, continuing education for Community employees, financial assistance for Community employees in need of help, and other opportunities to support your co-workers. |
Communities: help us fund Central Indiana community outreach programs and projects that support our mission to enhance health and well-being, fight disease and prevent illness, and to bring better health to more people. |

- Payroll deduction allows you to give a little each pay period throughout the year.
$1 per check = $26 a year $5 per check = $130 a year $10 per check = $260 a year - Use your PTO to make a donation.
