Many grateful patients, employees, volunteers, physicians and Community supporters have decided to create a lasting legacy by making a planned gift to Community Health Network Foundation. Their generosity will fund future opportunities to build healthy communities and advance the delivery of connected, convenient, coordinated health care in central Indiana.
There are many ways you can make a lasting impact through planned giving. Many of our donors make deferred gifts by including us in their estate plans. In those plans, they specify Community Health Network Foundation as the recipient of their gift of stock, cash, real estate, insurance policies, IRAs, artwork, patents or other assets. Some donors have chosen to initiate other gift plans, such as charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts, all allowing you to minimize your taxes and still be able to leave an inheritance to your loved ones. Planned giving donors automatically become members of the Jack and Betty Heiney Society. Created to celebrate the decades of philanthropic leadership and commitment Jack and Betty have generously offered to Community Health Network, this society honors donors who have included our foundation in their wills, trusts and other life income arrangements.
